UCSD Esports was the second project I embarked on, and ultimately one I ended up leading. It was a struggle from start to finish, with deadlines in the single digits and more sponsorships and guidelines than my team could handle, but I learned from every single moment I spent there. Fortunately, I was able to ultimately provide a great learning environment for my designers while still maintaining an efficient workflow.
